
I invite you to take this time to just relax This is your time, this is your moment and the world can wait. Taking a timeout for yourself is vital to your health and well being. An hour, which is less than 5%, everyday where you leave everything be and do something that fuels you, can really improve your life and the way you're living. Allow yourself to have this time for yourself. Please know that by relaxing right now, you are not missing out on anything. And please know that this is valuable time needed for you to properly function as a human being. Right now, you are being productive by recharging your batteries. If you ask me people are the most productive when they live their lives in balance. Taking time to rest is just as important as working for your goals and dreams. Right now, take a deep breath in and let it out. Tighten your muscles all at once and then let them go. Imagine all the heaviness you've been carrying on your shoulders dropping off. Unclench your jaw, relax your tounge and tell yourself ''I allow myself to have this time for myself.'' ''I deserve to take this time for myself'' ''I deserve to feel calm and relaxed.'' Let this moment be without putting any labels on it. Right now just is and that is alright. Right now is a blessing. You are here, you are alive, you are breathing. This moment is a gift, that's why it's called the present. You'll see, taking timeouts like this will ultimately give you more peace of mind and let's you handle stressful situations better. It creates a space for you to look at things with a clear mind, like you're on the outside looking in. You become the observer and also you're doing something for your health, which makes it even better. And also I want you to know this after you return from your timeout. You are capable of doing this, whatever it is! Everything that you need is already within you. Some things seem big but you are bigger. Every obstacle that appears you will climb it, find your way around it, underneath it or make your way right through it. There is no need for you to stress yourself out because you will always be alright. You are taken care of. That life you imagine is yours to create and live and you will, all you gotta do is believe. Believe in yourself and your powers. But for now....rest.
